Fuel rates have increased frequently since 1/07 with both Federal Express and UPS, we find it necessary at of 6/23/07 to increase our express shipping rates.

Our shipping vendors are UPS and Fed Ex, we are unable to ship to PO Box #'s.
Shipping charges apply to continental USA; Alaska & Hawaii will be extra and will be based on weight of items being shipping. Please email us for a rate quote.
We are no longer able to ship internationally. We will continue to ship to US territories outside the continental US and Canada.
Personalized items generally take 2-3 days for engraving. Some products are shipped directly from manufacturer. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will not be processed until the next business day. Orders placed after 5 pm will be processed the next business day.
We do not charge a handling fee, nor do we make a profit on shipping. We are attempting to offer fair flat rate shipping charges based on weight and shipping service.
*every attempt is made to maintain a flat rate shipping rate, however, some favors may require an additional charge for shipping based on the weight of the box or boxes and the destination.
Return Policy - Satisfaction Guaranteed
We hope you love every item you receive from BrideandBabyFavors.com and its network of vendors. If for any reason you need to return an item please follow the following steps:

Call for a Return Authorization number. A refund of exchange can be requested.

When you call for a Return Authorization number you will be instructed to package and ship the item either to BrideandBabyFavors.com directly or to a vendors address.

Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. If the item is to be replaced, a replacement will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the returned item.
Cancellation Policy
