Our shipping vendors are UPS and FedEx, we are unable to ship to PO Box #'s.

Shipping charges apply to continental USA; Alaska & Hawaii will be extra and will be based on weight of items being shipping. Please email us for a rate quote.

We are no longer able to ship internationally. We will continue to ship to US territories outside the continental US and Canada. Please call for a shipping quote. There is a $16.95 customs fee for all Canadian order.

Personalized items generally take 2-3 days for engraving. Some products are shipped directly from manufacturer. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will not be processed until the next business day. Orders placed after 5 pm will be processed the next business day.

We do not charge a handling fee, nor do we make a profit on shipping. We are attempting to offer fair flat rate shipping charges based on weight and shipping service.

*every attempt is made to maintain a flat rate shipping rate, however, some favors may require an additional charge for shipping based on the weight of the box, number of boxes and/or the destination.You will be emailed if there will be additional shipping charges. Your credit card will be re-billed for the difference.

Orders Containing Chocolate

November – April
All orders are shipped ground service unless we  receives specific instructions to upgrade shipping. If an order contains chocolate and is being shipped to a location where the weather may reach 70 degrees F  or above, we recommend  purchasing insulated packaging with ice packs for an additional fee of $6. If ground service is more than 2 days to these, we also suggest that your order be shipped using 2nd Day Air. BrideAndBabyFavors.com will not be held responsible for any melted chocolate unless 2 Day shipping with insulated packaging is used.

May – October
To ensure your order arrives in good condition, all orders containing chocolate will be shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs for an additional fee of $6. In addition, any package that will not arrive in 2 days via will automatically be upgraded to 2nd Day Air, this includes Canadian orders. May through October your credit card will automatic be charged for the packaging and express shipping fees.  You will be emailed regarding the charge.

Since chocolate held in shipping depots over the weekend can melt, chocolate orders will only ship Monday through Wednesday from May - October. During these months, we suggest delivery be made to a business address where deliveries occur early in the day. If delivery must be made to a home address, it is best someone is home to receive the package and move it out of the direct sunlight.

Return Policy (no returns on personalized products)

We hope you love every item you receive from BrideandBabyFavors.com and its network of vendors. If for any reason you need to return an item please follow the following steps:

• Call for a Return Authorization number. A refund of exchange can be requested.
• When you call for a Return Authorization number you will be instructed to package and ship the item either to BrideandBabyFavors.com directly or to a vendors address.
• The label should appear as follows:

Address supplied when requested

Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. If the item is to be replaced, a replacement will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the returned item.

Cancellation Policy
